We already have Suppliers for your products, why should we change?
We can offer competitive pricing but also offer 12 months warranty on all products. The products have to be fit for purpose irrespective of its origin and we will not deal in defective parts. We have a return rate of less than 0.05%
Are your products genuine or OE?
All of our products are of OE quality and whilst many may be genuine, direct from the manufacturer, we do not promote as such.
There are strict licensing laws in China now which prevent the export of counterfeit or fake products with serious consequences. There are also restrictions on OEM product in order to protect intellectual property rights.
Do not be fooled by other Suppliers who purport to supply genuine product when it isn't.
ALL ENPEI products are designed to meet or exceed OEM quality standards and performance requirements.
Can I have my own branding?
Yes, we can brand the product and packaging to your specific requirements. Any cost involved is minimal
How long before I receive my order?
All products are currently shipped by air via TNT or DHL. From sale receipt to delivery we aim for 14 days.
Is there a minimum order?
There is no minimum order unless the factory specifies. This usually only applies to new products or products early in the manufacturing process.
Can I send enquiries for products not listed?
Yes, absolutely. If you have any requirements we have a vast supplier database for most products and will do our best to help.
Can a Chinese Company/your Company really be trusted?
Yes we have strong ties with Europe and have built a solid reputation for delivering on our promises.
We have a unique audit system in place and can process warranties and returns immediately although these are rare.
